The government of Punjab has recently launched the booking of 3 and 5 Marla single and double storey affordable homes in three districts of Punjab, Chishtian, Lodhran and Renala Khurd. These homes are available on installments as loan financing options are available. There are four categories of 3 and 5 Marla homes due to different designs. Only people living in these districts can apply.
It has been launched to solve the housing shortage in Pakistan which stands at 12 million units. Under this scheme 5 million affordable homes in be constructed. The project has started in three cities but in few months it will be expanded to 19 cities.

Applicant must be resident of Chishtian, Lodhran and Renala Khurd
Applicant has no plot or house on his/her name
After possession people have to live in the homes
After possession people can’t sell homes for 5 years

Get and submit application to PUNJAB BANK. The last date to apply is 31 March 2019.
